Garbage OUT...garbage IN!
a Garbage! The Revolution Starts at Home film review
In a world obsessed with more - more food, more money, more power, its refreshing to watch a film that focuses on less - less plastic, less pollution, less GARBAGE!
Andrew Nisker succeeds in bringing us the real facts about the very things that we don't necessarily not want to think about but that we don't know to think about - what are the true consequences of the choices that we make every day and how is this not only going to affect us but affect our children's future.
As a health practitioner I am also always appreciative about films that demonstrate that what we put out into our environment is going to affect us within our bodies leading to chronic disease - garbage out...garbage in.
We may think that we as an individual cannot bring about change but if we all thought that way we would be in big trouble. I can't wait to ban plastic in my house - tough - yes - feeling better about myself and my effect on the planet - YES!
