I vote that we separate the drug offendors curently incareated to separate facilities and call it rehab with REAL rehab going on. We could spend the same amount of money used to incarcerate to rehab! We either legalize drugs or prohibit the sale of cigarettes and alcohol, which will definitely kill you. The movie was very good.
