Q: Why did you host this screening? What were your goals?
A: I want to help educate parents and caregivers about the dangers of consumerism and TV on our children so that they can control it.

Q: Any ideas on how you can use "Consuming Kids" in the future?
A: I hope to screen this film in my school district.

Q: Any advice for future screening hosts?
A: Be prepared and watch the film beforehand. I attended a program concerning Media and Children at Sarah Lawrence College which gave me background. Know about schools that are different.. Waldorf, Montessori (perhaps)... so parents know there are alternatives.
